I did say I had done some organizing...well I did, just not where the shed is spic and span, if there is such thing in a shed.
Most of the organizing was putting parts into containers so they would'nt go walkabout. Some was just re-arranging things so they were out of the way and some was getting rid evidence of the Bodger indulging in adult type beverages instead of actual bodgery type work.
So, if you clicky on the link thingy below you'll see something:

You'll notice that one of the roving alarms has made an appearance to keep a protective watch on the proceedings
There's also a couple of shots of Vicky when she first arrived at the shed. A sad state of affairs for what once was a proud and useful beast.
Also, I think there's a shot of Bodgers new Belstaff/Barbour style wax cotton jacket acquired while back in Blighty. A product review will be done at a later date.

Sheds looking neat and tidy Bodger, plenty of room to work now.
ReplyDeleteWhats the "other" bike in the pics?
Chech youe FB another pic one your wall ;-)
kawa
Tis neater and tidier Kawa....but for how long ;)????
ReplyDeleteThe "other" bike is a 2003 FXD Milwaukee tractor which I may get shod of if I can find a Commando or an OIF Lightning/Thunderbolt in the area at a good price.
I'm very jealous Bodger. You seem to have some elbow room there now. My "work-shop" is spread between a shed-sized garage, a crammed carport, and my tools stored in the laundry room. And of course bikes stored in several other places. Some day I'd love to have a larger space dedicated to bike work. Well, until- then will make do. HL
ReplyDeleteGetting the shovel and leaf blower out did help with some room to move around in. Boxing stuff up and moving/storing them elsewhere helped.
ReplyDeleteSomeone said this a long time ago....a shed is for motorcycles and spannering in, not for toys, XMas decorcations and other flotsam, 'cause then it's just a storage shed. Moral of the story is to keep the junk outta the shed.
Thinking about it, that's a pretty idea and the reason why mine got cluttered with stuff.
Glad I did a cleanup and out.
