Today I became the pround new owner, courtesy of eBay, a set of forks for "Vicky". For that honor, I get a set of forks that just need a little TLC instead of major surgery....and this is always a good thing.

Hey you scored! Now you can start your pile of parts for your third BSA, that dirt bike for racing, right? It's even got some decent looking gaiters.
ReplyDeleteOver on "Church of Choppers" (in Texas I do believe) is a link to a trailer on a documentary on T.C's Hogslayer. More info at Nortonhogslayer.com
Nice one Bodger, as you say It'll save you a load of work/ money in the long run.

Have to look at them good when they get here, but going by the pics, they look to be in great shape.
ReplyDeleteLuckily I have a new set of seals, new gaiters and springs plus the yokes so if everything else is good, we're on a roll and saved a butt-load of cash on getting ALL the parts.
And the price you couldn't beat with a stick.
