I saw this on FaceAche and thought it was kinda interesting.
Apparently it's powered by a Triumph Tiger Cub motor and it looks like it may be for speedway at first glance.
But then on closer examination, there apears to be influences from different areas.
To my eyes, both blind as a bat but what can ya do about it, there appears to be a Cub powered mountain bike, as well as speedway as mentioned.
What can you see in there yerself?

Think you are right about it being a Cub-powered speedway bike. Looks like the tank in the frame would hold enough fuel to race on. It does have a bicycle look to it.
