This is reminescent of the old "beat cops" that pounded the neighborhood pavements back in the old days. Need more of these old boys than the ones riding around in squad cars drinking coffee and stuffing donuts down the old pieholes.

Outside what was Bushy's pub in Douglas on IOM for the TT. There is always something going on there, that's why there's a crowd waiting to see what happens next. Looks like our fellow decided to get in on the action.
